1️⃣ Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website enquiry form.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Our Tirupati Travels.
Advance payment may be required for certain packages or vehicles.
2️⃣ Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Package prices include vehicle charges, fuel, and driver allowance unless mentioned otherwise.
Darshan tickets, entry fees, food, accommodation, tolls (outstation), and parking charges are not included unless clearly specified.
Any additional usage (extra hours / extra kilometers) will be charged separately.
3️⃣ Vehicle Usage Rules
Vehicles are provided strictly for the booked itinerary only.
Extra places or route changes will attract additional charges.
Air conditioning usage depends on terrain and vehicle condition (especially in ghat roads).
4️⃣ Pickup & Drop Policy
Pickup and drop are limited to Tirupati city limits, unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, temple rush, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
5️⃣ Waiting Time
Package includes limited waiting time as per the itinerary.
Extended waiting at temples or other locations will be charged extra.
6️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.
Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
No refund for unused services or early trip completion.
7️⃣ Customer Responsibilities
Customers must carry valid ID proof if required.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
8️⃣ Temple Darshan Disclaimer
Our Tirupati Travels does not guarantee darshan timings or crowd conditions.
Darshan depends entirely on temple authorities and management.
We are not responsible for temple closures, festival rush, or sudden rule changes.
9️⃣ Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service disruption due to:
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Road closures
Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

Our Tirupati Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable immediately upon posting.
